Where does Pearl & Vale ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. UK Standard Delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days after dispatch, and UK Express Delivery is estimated at 1–2 working days where available.

Can I return my order?
Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with all tags attached.

Do you offer free returns?
Currently customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect but this is something we are working on.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact hello@pearlandvale.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve this for you.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. Product pages may also include individual fit notes where needed.
