Returns
We hope you love your Pearl & Vale pieces. If you need to return an item, please contact us at hello@pearlandvale.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Use the subject "RETURNS" and include your order number in the email to make this process quicker.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will aim to process any eligible refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds available.
If we do not receive your return and you are unable to provide proof of postage or tracking, we may be unable to process your refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- with all tags and labels attached
- free from marks, makeup, tan, perfume, deodorant or damage
For hygiene reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or are returned in an unsuitable condition.
Customers are currently responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact hello@pearlandvale.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve this for you.
